Cooks choice….chef’s surprise….how does that sound for appetizing? The element of surprise can be good, except cooks choice sounds like leftovers to me! But, we are going to go with it. We could call this “publisher’s surprise”? I am going to cook whatever is on the cover of…..the April issue of Bon Appetit magazine. I think this means a few firsts for us! The first time cooking something that is worthy of a magazine cover, the first time I may be testing my cooking skills, and hopefully it’s a food that we have never tried before!
